But upon further reflection, there is a secondary, subtle joke which is even funnier. Can you figure it out?

ReplyDeleteI think the guy who made this picture deliberately used Roche as the manufacturer of the medication because 1. Roche is a French word meaning rock or boulder (as Anonymous pointed out) and 2. Using a French word links to the fact that France has historically lacked testicular fortitude in global affairs.
