To Honor Sooooo Many of My Patients...

I present you with Ray "The Scarecrow" Bolger's first recording of "If I Only Had a Brain" which was lost and rediscovered in 2009.

Whenever I hear this tune, either this first version or the one that ultimately made it into the movie, I think not only of The Authorities at Goofmart Pharmacy, but also of some very precious patients of mine that have somehow survived without any brains at all. It is remarkable what people can accomplish without one.
