Supported similar kit (full pack robots, and blister pack robots for nursing home / elder care scenarios) for a few years.
Both types minorly reduce the amount of techs required but doesn't really relieve any workload on the pharmacist at all. Also, jams do happen and cause a lot more hassle than a tech calling in sick would, for instance.

That news report was so full of inaccuracies... And I only have 2 years worth of IPPE's as an intern
