ReplyDeletePhone started ringing 8:59 pm one night last week. Me & tech look at each other & decide to ignore it, knowing its someone who will beg us not close because they are "on their way down." Management does not want any overtime. Ringing goes on for 3 minutes. We Close the pharmacy and are cleaning up when a lady walks to the counter and yells "answer your phone"! I yell back to her, "we are closed ". She proceeds to bitch about not answering our phone when all she wants is to purchase her medication that's been ready for five days . I decided rather than let her bitch I'll just go ring her up. Got her rang up and she turns on her heels and walks away without so much as a thank you . BITCH
