Neosporin Emergency

I'm counseling a patient on her new blood pressure medication. Another lady yells at me from the aisle, "Where's the Neosporin?!"

What's wrong with people? I mean, REALLY?!

    I have people that shout at me when I'm helping people in drive through. My back is to them, the phone is at my ear, and I pretend like I'm too absorbed in helping that patient to address them right away.
