I hear ya! Try deciphering which is the correct one when an MD or NP is dictating at light speed with a mouthful of food or through a yawn, or driving down the highway with the windows rolled down in rush hour traffic. It happens each and every day in my job :)

apotex has 2 different medications with the same imprint code: A10, atorvastatin 10mg and alendronate 10mg. Similar label too.
