Eh, I wouldn't verify. Looks like #50 to me. If the patient thinks otherwise, give 50 now, and verify with prescriber when available. You can always give the extra, but you can't take back the extra.
I have this thing: if the prescriber cared what I gave out, they would take care to write a clear script.

fill for 50 when the pt complains tell them the dr must call to clarify, because it looks like 50.
