Sounds like a lot of your pharmacy customers uh I meant patients.
Patient: Yo insurance, if you have the chance can you pay the pharmacy the entire amount of cash it costs for my medications? I have to get my nails done, make a car payment on my Lexus, and pay for my new iPhone 10.
Insurance: That's not how it works and you already know that. You should have plenty of money in your bank account to pay your co-pay for your medications, which you need. Besides, you already know how much money your meds costs every month and this figure usually don't change.
Patient: Okay, but that's MY money. How am I supposed to afford all these luxury items if I spent all my money on my needed meds?
Insurance: Welcome to the world of budgeting.
