Aggravation Station

Every single person was aggravating me yesterday.

Here's a sample:

Lady: “Is my prescription ready?”

Me: “Yes. In fact, I left you a message yesterday on your voicemail telling you it’s ready to pick up.”

Lady: “Oh.”

Pause

“So is it ready to pick up?”

  1. I hope for every aggravating customer you have a nice one. I just learned yesterday that a pharmacist saved my husband's life when his mother was pregnant with him-she'd been prescribed something that would have caused severe issues if not death and the pharmacist remembered that she'd bought prenatal vitamins. For any customer you've helped and they haven't appreciated it-thank you. Some of us realize how important you are. :)
