Next physical: Total Cholesterol = 7
Pt scheduled for a procedure brought in a rx with instructions to "start one half are before her seizure." Must have been some sort of speech to text program. Too bad the Dr didn't proofread it.
Dispense that chit and counsel as issued. Maybe clueless providers will wake up when patient calls them for clarification.
Way past time for the med schools to move to the 21st century as far as training new doctor's to either text or point and click on the computer class. Back in my day, we wondered about their handwriting classes. One knew it was bad when even the office nurse couldn't even read it in the chart and had to ask the doc what he wrote.
