In fact, they installed a device in the pharmacy. All we have to do is press a button and they will respond instantly.

During a recent meeting, the techncian "crisis" was discussed. Instead of offering a living wage and decent working conditions to attract and retain qualified people, the remedy is to cut the pharmacist hours even more. Am I missing the logic in this?
