Where? Where is this Pharmacy?

Where is there a pharmacy that prints labels this size? This isn't much bigger than an auxiliary label, but somehow Teva expects us to print a tiny label to fit on the side of the box?

Somehow Teva must be associated with The Authorities at Goofmart Pharmacy.
