This will BLOW your Mind
This is a portion of a new prescription handed to me by the prescriber himself:
It's clearly legible. All portions of the prescription form are filled out completely and distinctly. Attention prescribers... this is how it's done.

Unless you are Walgreens, then you call the prescriber to ask for a time limit on usage, and the computer generates a fake request saying, "Patient requests 90 day supply" sent to you on Surescripts.
As a nurse, I HATE the 'Apply to affected area' messages. See it every day, and have no idea where to put the damned stuff on the patient. Some can't talk, some are not conscious, some are stupid. Tell me where you want the stuff applied!
