Demotivational Hump Day... Allergies

I had a prescription dropped off from a dentist office for amoxicillin. Just 2 lines below, it reads "amoxicillin allergy". To top it off, when I called the office, they changed the medication, but the receptionist said "she didn't tell us she had an allergy".
