Demotivational Hump Day... Drug Inventions

Hum. That may be a good idea for a new drug. Anyway, as a prescriber I had a refill request this morning for a patient's diabetes med. Only thing was that the patient died a month ago. Next I will probably get a letter from his insurance company about how the patient has not been taking his meds as prescribed.
In all liklihood the request was an automated refill generated by the computer, and the pharmacy either doesnt know the patient is deceased or someone forgot to mark it down in the system
