10 Seconds to Type, 20 Minutes to Fix

As it turns out, this Levaquin Rx was meant to be a SEVEN day supply, not seven tabs as shown.

It took three phone calls and twenty minutes to track down the prescriber. Any pharmacist could have just figured this out on their own, but that's not the way it works.

If you're a prescriber or typing up prescriptions for a prescriber, please slow down.

Didn't you also have to clarify TWO DAILY vs ONE Tablet Twice a day?

This $h!t has been going on since prescriptions were chiseled onto stone tablets. It will never change.

And the reason 500 mg tabs weren't okay was????

And insurance shouldn't pay for 2/day of levofloxacin because that is outside normal dosing.
