"This is Rebecca from Sunshine Pharmaceuticals to check to see if you have XYZ drug in stock. There's been a recall and we need to make sure it's not on your shelf."
"We don't stock XYZ drug, but thank you for..."
"Well let me tell you about the latest information regarding ABC drug..."
Rebecca then proceeds to start in on a sales pitch regarding ABC drug. Basically, their new tactic is to get your attention by mentioning a drug recall on one product then trying to switch your attention to another one.
Pretty sneaky, but I still hung up.
