What am I not understanding?

I'm missing something too. Is it an empty bottle put back on the self? Was it left on the counter?

These Synthroid bottles are hard enough to get tablets out of... but to add to the misery the floater left the silver tamper wrap sitting on the bottle without tearing it completely off.

This creates more work for the next guy.

Bad floater.

It's pure laziness.

I see. Yeah, after I asked that question I looked a bit closer at the picture and thought that might be what was going on.

I take Synthroid. Well, the generic version. Seems to be a popular prescription.

People are soooo concerned about the environment and packaging, I always wondered about the amount of wasted plastic used to package a 100 count of small pills. And then make it difficult to get them out of the bottle by putting in a huge dessicant barrel
